In order to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, further improve the level of national defense education in Shijiazhuang, strengthen the construction of national defense education positions, and create a number of platform carriers to carry out national defense education activities, the Propaganda Department of the CPC Shijiazhuang Municipal Committee decided to name 33 places as "Shijiazhuang national defense education places".
